2. In brief
This website uses no cookies, no analytics or tracking services and loads no content from third parties (fonts and scripts are also served from our own server). We only process personal data where this is technically necessary to run the website or where you provide it to us yourself, for example via the contact form.
3. Hosting and server log files
This website is hosted by ALL-INKL.COM – Neue Medien Münnich, owner René Münnich, Hauptstraße 68, 02742 Friedersdorf, Germany. A data processing agreement pursuant to Art. 28 GDPR is in place with the host.
When you visit the website, the server automatically records information transmitted by your browser: IP address, date and time of access, page requested, referrer URL, browser type and operating system. This data is technically required to deliver the website and to ensure its security and stability. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest in a secure and functional website). Log files are automatically deleted or anonymised after a short period.
4. Contact form, email and phone
If you contact us via the contact form, by email or by phone, we process the data you provide (e.g. name, company, email address, phone number and the content of your enquiry) to handle your enquiry and prepare a quote. Data from the contact form is sent to us by email and is not stored in a database on the website.
The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR where your enquiry relates to a contract or pre-contractual measures, otherwise Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest in answering enquiries). We delete your data once it is no longer needed and no statutory retention obligations (e.g. under commercial or tax law) apply.
5. Job applications
If you send us an application, we process your data to carry out the application process (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR). If no employment relationship results, we delete your documents no later than six months after the end of the process, unless you have consented to longer storage.
6. Links to social networks
Our website links to our profiles on Instagram and Facebook. These are simple links, not embedded plugins, so no data is transferred to these providers when you visit our website. Only when you click a link does the privacy policy of the respective provider (Meta Platforms Ireland Ltd.) apply.
7. SSL/TLS encryption
For security reasons, this website uses SSL/TLS encryption. You can recognise an encrypted connection by “https://” in your browser's address bar.
8. Your rights
You have the right at any time to access (Art. 15 GDPR), rectification (Art. 16), erasure (Art. 17), restriction of processing (Art. 18), data portability (Art. 20) and to object to processing based on Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (Art. 21). You may withdraw any consent given at any time with effect for the future. Simply contact us using the details above.
You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority. The authority responsible for us is the Bavarian State Office for Data Protection Supervision (BayLDA), Promenade 18, 91522 Ansbach, Germany, www.lda.bayern.de.
